Indie Microelectronics was invited to attend the 2025 DVN (Shanghai) International Automotive Conference Interior & Cockpit Symposium

      The 37th DVN (Shanghai) International Automotive Lighting Symposium was held fromOctober 29 to 30 at the Golden Furnace Stage of Baowu Steel Conference Centerin Baoshan District, Shanghai. The theme of this event was: "China'sDisruptive Market—How Technology, Cost, andEfficiency Impact the Entire Automotive Lighting Industry".

      As a leading domestic provider of automotive lighting IC products and solutions,Indio Micro was invited to participate and delivered a keynote speech titled"Chip Innovation in the New Trends of Ambient Lighting".

      The DVN Awards Ceremony was held on the evening of October 29, during which theiND83213BCS01, an automotive-grade multi-channel ambient light driver chip fromIndium Micro, won an award.

      iND83213BCS01 is the industry's first automotive-grade multi-channel ambient light driver ICwith 128KB large-capacity memory launched by Indiemicro.Featuring high performance and high integration as its core advantages, itprovides high-quality solutions for the automotive lighting field. This IC isequipped with 128KB large-capacity memory for the first time; compared withtraditional ambient light driver ICs, its memory capacity is 4 times larger,which can meet the growing demand for secure Over-The-Air (OTA) updates ofambient lights from OEMs. It has 24-channel constant current sources with amaximum output of 50mA per channel, enabling delicate lighting control effectsto meet the requirements of automotive interior/exterior lights and high-speedLED lighting animations. Internally integrated with a Buck circuit and a LINtransceiver, it greatly simplifies the design of peripheral circuits andreduces system costs. At the same time, it has safety functions such ashardware over-temperature protection and battery voltage monitoring, combiningversatility and reliability, and can be widely used in automotive lighting andgeneral LED lighting scenarios.

      Indiemicro also launched the iND83229B — a three-channel ambient light driver chip withlarge-capacity storage — during the symposium. The iND83229B is also equippedwith 128KB of large-capacity storage, features 3-channel constant currentsources (with a maximum output of 60mA per channel), and adopts a compact QFN204*4mm package. The combination of iND83229B and iND83213BCS01 can meetcustomers' OTA update needs for different lighting scenarios.
